NuPotential was founded and currently is led by Mr. Chuck Oehler, Chairman and President, and Dr. Kenneth Eilertsen, Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer, who have worked closely together for over 10 years. 

Dr. Eilertsen invented the company’s core patent-pending cell reprogramming technologies and holds a faculty appointment as Associate Professor with the Pennington Biomedical Research Center.  His industrial experience includes his tenures as Vice President of Research at Infigen, Inc. (DeForest, WI), where he also ran the company contract research operations (Genmark), and a senior research role at Johnson & Johnson. 

Mr. Oehler was a Vice President of Promega Corporation, a major worldwide biotechnology research products company, where he led corporate and business development activities during a period of 40% growth on a multi-million dollars sales base.  He also is co-founder, Chairman, and President of Primorigen Biosciences LLC, a cell therapy research technologies firm.  He also founded The Oehler Group, a consulting firm that has served a wide array of clients with fund and business development, including start-up firms to some of the most prominent biotechnology firms in the U.S.  Mr. Oehler built the Wisconsin Biotechnology Association to over 100 companies as consulting Executive Director.
